What is the purpose of deep well plate?
① Storage samples:
It can replace the traditional 1.5ml centrifuge tube to store samples, and it is neatly placed in the storage process, saving space, with large storage capacity, and can withstand the refrigerator of – 80 ℃. Also called a storage block.
② Sample treatment:
It can be used in combination with discharge guns, high-throughput automatic liquid operation instruments and software to achieve high-throughput operations on biological samples, such as protein precipitation and liquid-liquid extraction. The sample processing efficiency is greatly improved. PP material can withstand high temperature and high pressure sterilization treatment at 121 ℃.
③ Sampling operation:
It is usually used in various automatic samplers and can be directly placed in the sample chamber of the automatic sampler for injection. Compared with the traditional sample injection bottle, it can not only double the number of samples in the sample room, but also realize sample placement. After processing on the 96 hole plate, the sample can be injected directly without any tedious work. Draw the sample back and forth, place the sample, cover it, insert the plug-in and clean the bottle.
