Describe the classification of PCR sealing film

 

Self adhesive sealing film for microplate (White) is a kind of self-adhesive chemical book tablet used to seal microplate such as enzyme label plate and PCR plate. After sealing the plate with this product, the evaporation of liquid in the holes of the perforated plate can be prevented, the cross contamination between holes can be reduced, the experimental error can be reduced, and the accuracy can be improved. It can be used as a sealing plate for ELISA detection, various color development or fluorescence detection.

1. Common PCR sealing film:

Suitable for PCR reaction, made of polypropylene membrane

RNase/DNase and nucleic acid free

The sealing plate is easy and not easy to curl

Operating temperature: – 40 ℃ -+120 ℃

 

2. Fluorescent quantitative PCR membrane sealing:

Transparent, low autofluorescence interference, suitable for fluorescence quantitative PCR experiment

Suitable for various PCR plates, not puncture membrane

DNase/RNase and nucleic acid free, anti DMSO

The sealing plate is easy and not easy to curl

Operating temperature – 70 ℃ -+100 ℃

Non permeable soft film, the adhesive is medical grade strong adhesive. The adhesive film thickness is 10um, which is economical and easy to use, and is generally used for mainstream PCR boards.

3. PCR aluminum sealing plate film

Non permeable soft aluminum membrane, the adhesive is medical grade strong adhesive, suitable for long-term preservation of samples

Compared with other aluminum sealing film, this film is not easy to curl when removed from the plate

Excellent anti evaporation performance, almost no evaporation of the sample, easy to puncture

DNase/RNase and nucleic acid free

Suitable for various PCR boards, including boards with raised edges

4. High permeability pressure-sensitive film:

·It is made of a layer of transparent polypropylene film and a layer of transparent silicon based pressure-sensitive adhesive

·Temperature range: – 70 ℃ – 100 ℃

·Pressure sensitive film, non sticky to skin and gloves, convenient for experimental operation, and does not affect optical analysis

·It does not react with the experimental sample, and the experimental results are more reliable

·No spontaneous fluorescence
