01. What is the MOQ for your products?
Usually, the MOQ for lab consumables or equipment is 1 case. Forcustomized products, please contact us with specific requirements,and we’ll provide personalized assistance to accommodate yourneeds.
02. Are all your laboratory consumables free of DNAse, RNAse and pyrogen?
Usually our products are free of DNAse, RNAse and pyrogen, but some special products(such as slides, cover slips, tube racks, etc) may not require it generally. For details, please refer to the quality inspection report (COA) of the corresponding products or send an email to us. This item could be customized as required.
03. How many years is the shelf life of your laboratory consumables?
Disposable consumables, sterilized ones are 3 years, non-sterile ones are 5 years. Products such as tube racks and boxes are 10 years.
04. The color of the laboratory consumables I bought this time is yellower than the last time. Is it a quality problem of this batch of products?
We have two sterilization methods, EO and irradiation. The color does not change much after EO sterilization, and it will turn slightly yellow after irradiation sterilization, which is normal. We also have some products that do not need to be sterilized, and their color will look more transparent.
05. How do you ship goods and what's the cost?
We offer shipping via sea, air, and express for both lab consumablesand equipment, with costs calculated based on the volume weight ofthe goods. You can also arrange for your own freight forwarder if youprefer, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
