Steps:
1. Exhaust the air in the ball → Insert the tip of the ear cleaning ball into or close to the top of the pipette (be careful not to leak) → Slowly release your left hand and suck the washing liquid into the pipe. The sucked washing liquid is about 1 hour in the pipette. /3, quickly block the top of the pipette with your right finger, and place the pipette horizontally → Hold both ends of the pipette with both hands and rotate the pipette so that the washing liquid covers the entire inner wall of the tank. After soaking for a while, pour out the washing liquid → rinse with tap water, and rinse with distilled water three times → place it on a clean pipette rack for later use.
3. Aspirate and shake the liquid to be aspirated, pour a small amount of the liquid to be aspirated into a clean and dry small beaker → use filter paper to absorb the water inside and outside the cleaned pipette tip, and insert it into the small beaker to absorb the liquid → use Absorb the liquid in the same way as during washing → When the liquid reaches 1/3 of the pipette capacity, immediately press the mouth of the pipette with your right index finger, take out the pipette, hold it horizontally and rotate it so that the liquid infiltrates the entire inner wall of the pipette. When the liquid flows to 2-3cm above the graduated line, hold the pipette upright and drain the liquid.
