There are many types of embedding boxes used for embedding, including the following types:

• Coverless cassette series:

• Covered cassette series

• Small hole gastroscopy cassette series

• Special for marking machines (laser, inkjet, ribbon, etc.)

• Special embedding box series

Embedding quality requirements of different organizations:

1) The cross-section of the tubular structure tissue is downward, and the cross-section of the cyst wall-like tissue is embedded in the vertical direction;

2) Puncture the specimen, flatten each strip, and arrange them neatly with gaps;

3) Multiple pieces of small tissue, arranged together with gaps, and wrapped in one;

4) For adipose tissue, use filter paper to absorb the oil and then embed it;

5) When the tissue structure is multi-layered, the epithelial structure should be on top so that the slices can show the tissue structure of each layer;

6) Pay attention to foreign objects such as lint, iron nails, pieces of paper, etc., and remove them promptly;

7) The embedding horizontal plane has the same height and the same arrangement direction;

8) When the same tissue is embedded in a wax block, it is arranged closely together in a straight line or square shape;
