What details should be paid attention to when using PCR 8-strip for centrifuge?

The PCR 8-strip centrifuge uses the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge rotor to improve the settling speed of particles in the liquid and separate substances with different settling ratios and buoyancy in the sample. In our biological experiments, we often use PCR 8-strip. What details should be paid attention to during the use of PCR 8-strip ? Next,  Labio biological will explain it.

4. Before using the rotor, wipe the pipe with a hole stick and carefully check the hole bottom for cracks or white spots. If so, look back and throw it away.

5. The amount of solution in the PCR 8-strip must be appropriate. The stainless steel pipe does not have a cover, only 2/3 can be pasted. The plastic tube can be aligned with the shoulder. The cover must be closed without leakage. The use of organic solvents in plastic pipes must comply with regulations.

6. Centrifuges shall be placed in pairs and well balanced with deviation<0.1g.

7. You cannot rotate without rotation. To handle as well as the rotor, you need us to use the handle to prevent the rotor from slipping. Turn the headlight and allow it to stabilize. When turning the handle, hold the handle by hand and turn the cap. The rotating cap  cover must be tightly covered. The cap must not be centrifuged.

8. Do not open the lid during centrifugation. Centrifuge is not supported.

9. After the rotor is used, the rotor shall be removed in time, dried in the rotor cavity, and the holes on the pipe shall be carefully cleaned with a cleaning rod. If the solution overflows, wash it clean, wipe off the condensed water in the rotor cavity, and open the door to dry the rotor cavity.

10. The centrifuge must be properly kept and registered together with the eight manifolds after use.
